Vehicle Requirements

This trip is open to any well maintained 4x4 vehicle. AT Tyres recommended as a minimuim.

Each vehicle will require the following in addition to their normal camping equipment etc.

1 full size Spare tire (2 recommended).

1 recovery rope and shackles
Recovery points front and rear

Compressor, tires will need to be deflated to 16 psi for sand dune driving - we also recommend tire deflators.

1 spade.

Food and Drink

Although you will experiance Moroccan Tradiotional food at the hotels it is recommended you have a 12v compessor Fridge and take most food and drinking water from Spain. Most days you will be able to buy bread. Please remember we will be in Africa, buying food is not the same.

It is our recomendation that a normal thermoelectric fridge will not work as the temperture will be too hot in the Desert, these fridges only cool to approx 16 degs below ambiant temperture so if the desert temperture is 35 degs your fridge will be 19 degs.
