Probably the best time of year to travel through this amazing wilderness, We last traveled this area in October 2016 and had amazing weather.
On this tour it is possible to either B&B or Camp, The group will be no larger than 6 vehicles in total but we may need to split into 2 smaller groups as a some national parks only allow 4 vehicles in a group.
This tour will take you through some amazing wilderness. We start west of Andorra which we enter at the end of Day 1 before dropping back into Spain heading to the Mediterranean Sea, amazing scenery, medieval towns high mountain passes and famous smuggler routes are all in tour.
Today we start by heading straight up the mountain, this starts of by travelling up through a ski resort before leaving behind and following the mountain trail around to our lunch stop, an abandoned ski resort.
After lunch we head down into a local town before following the road to our next trail, probably the most famous and well known smugglers route in/out of Andorra, to this day the Police still patrol this route stopping and checking most vehicles. This trail finishes at the border where we head down into the town and to our next overnight stop.
Actual Photos from Day 1
Today we start by driving through Andorra le Vella, the capital of Andorra heading south for the Spainish border but rather than taking the main route out we will be taking another smugglers route out, this one is not so well known but leads to an amazing network of trails which we will stay on all morning until we find somewhere for lunch.
After Lunch we will head down off the trail and after some smooth asphalt driving around the Torreta de Cadi we head into a national park following a trail before meeting the road and heading to our Campsite or B&B.

Today we head into a on our tours we always try and add something new, so today we will start by taking a trail through the Pedrafoca National Park.
Our plan is to complete just after lunch then head of as we still have another great trail before our next B&B or Campsite.

Day 4 - Scouting Day
Please Note - On our last tour the trails had been closed so today will be a new route and we will be doing this route for the first time.
From our Campsite we head to the local town of Ripoll to the supermarket to allow us to stock up before heading through one of the largest national parks,
The mountains of Santa Magdalena Milany-and-Bellmunt Puigsacalm.
In the afternoon we make our way to our campsite/B&B stopping on-route at a local medival town to wander around the cobbled streets and maybe a refreshment in the afternoon sun.
Actual Photos from Day 4
Our last day, we head out of the mountains into foothills and through the crop areas of the lowlands as we head towards the sea, our last trail crossing from Spain into France yet again takes us very high with many view of the Sea and a few forts from time gone by, hopefully the weather will be fine generally with tempertures around 20+ degs C,
Once we reach the eand of the trail and arrive on the outskirts on Colloure we finish and head down the Mountain people may wish to head off home or free to join us for the last night at a campsite overlooking the sea.
